Terms of Service

[1] All clients must pay the first 50% of the aggreed-upon price in advance.

[2] All clients will pay the remaining 50% of the aggreed-upon price when the artwork is finished and ready to deliver.

[3] The client has five days to ask for changes and corrections on the artist's designs. After that, the customer can not cancel nor change their order.

[4] The artist agrees to make reasonable efforts to correct any defects or errors in the artwork upon the customer's notice.

[5] The client agrees to pay any additional fees for any sudden, huge changes to the pending artwork.

[6] If the client cancels the project after an approved design, the full 50% of the estimated price will be withheld.

[7] The artist reserves the right to terminate the contract if the client fails to pay any invoice or fails to comply with the terms of the commission.

[8] The client has the right to request a refund at any point during the design phase of the project. Once detailing and texturing has commenced, refunds will be unavailable.

[9] The client acknowledges that they are responsible for providing all necessary information and materials to complete the project (reference sheets, screenshots, desceiptions, etc.)

[10] For payments, only PayPal is accepted.

[11] The artist reserves the right to change prices at any time.

[12] The client acknowledges that they are responsible for paying all costs associated with the project, including any taxes, fees, or expenses.

[13] The artist reserves the right to refuse to create artwork on subjects that make them uncomfortable or violate their personal beliefs.

[14] The artist reserves the rights to decline a commission without any further explanation.
